Pam Coleman is teaching the CTS Workout on Mondays via Zoom at 5:30 p.m. (pacific time) | 55 minutes long
This class is open to all. Core combos always are used. Class starts with the current CTS Core Workout, then adds in a couple of fun dance routines, and finishes with a cool-down stretch. Emphasis is on having fun and getting in a great cardio workout.
